I guess the thing is that people's expectations increase in line with their experience. If you're used to all the modern conveniences it comes as hell of a shock when they vanish, and you realise how fragile the world really is. Firing on rescue choppers though! What the hell's that all about? Seems we're witnessing more than just the aftermath of a natural disaster here. Good luck in Guatemala, and I wish you a safe trip. I'm sure we'll see some great pictures when you return.
