Thanks Ted! And say thanks to your wife! I'm not located too close to the 
so-called "cesspool" closer to the lake.  If they decide not to rebuild the 
city, we will still have the hotels, the casino, the French Quarter, and my 
neighborhood, so I look forward to seeing you down here some time in the 
future.
