But I like it at first glance: http://canid.com/current/bud_dot.html This violates all sorts of rules. But I think I like it: http://canid.com/current/johanna_0508_11.html This was my first roll shooting Ilford Delta 400 (usual was Neopan 400). So in the spirit of violating rules, I changed all kinds of variables. Developed in Xtol 1:1 (usual was 1:3). Developed at 20 C (usual was 70 F). Used Photographers' Formulary Fix TF-4 (usual was Kodak RapidFix). I was runing out of fix, so I got a new fix. B&H didn't have Neopan in stock when I needed to order new film, so I bought a brick of Delta 400. Used "The Massive Dev Chart" for starting times (http://www.digitaltruth.com/devchart.html). They didn't show times for Delta 400 for 1:3, so I decided to try 1:1. And instead of converting their times from 20 C to my usual 70 F, I changed my temp. Oh, and I also used a new tank. Bought a smaller tank so I didn't have to either do 4 rolls or waste Xtol. And used one fix instead of my usual two-bath fixing. I've decided to use fix 1-shot, same as developer, based on my last experience of having little black dots on Acros when re-using the same fix. -- Eric http://canid.com/
