[Leica] Encounter on a Saturday afternoon

Adam,
What I like about your cosmos is the narrow band of in focus with the mass
of color and form surrounding. The point of focus is indeed off center, but
to my eyes anyway there is not enough or too much gray on the right to
balance the image. Reflecting on your image, I would prefer cropping a lot
of the gray on the right so that it becomes a square image or almost. Then
the gray although reduced balances the color.
 Contra wise, had you shifted your lens a little to the left and tilted so
that the plane of focus was a little more parallel to the petal that is in
focus then there would be somewhat less oof color on the left and a little
more gray on the right. I believe that even if the point of focus was
actually moved more to the center, the dark color on the right would balance
better. We are talking small amounts of movement here.
 Also, please don't take the above as saying you don't have a good image.
You are the creator, it is your vision. What I am trying to convey is how
someone else sees the image so that you can tune your vision. Sometimes that
means you say that suggestions are utter rubbish, and sometimes you say; ah,
that is how it looks to others.
