Hi Slobodan,
thanks for taking a  look. 
I must admit I'm quite impressed with the plug-in for BW, you can filter 
and adjust in R, G, B, Y, C, M, gamma, and it has presets for different 
BW film characteristics. plus a filter / toning option. You can even add 
grain components with it - and , best of all -it's freeware.
