I usually stay out of this thread because I don't have nor have I ever used
a Mac.  I have owned stock in the company but that's as far as it is.

I have nothing against Apple or the Mac series, I'm sure they are fine
machines, superior in some tasks.  My problem is with the Mac people.  My
son is a Mac person, contributing the occasional article to MacAdict (sp?)
magazine.  I can't ask him for any help with computer questions now because
his only answer is "you ought to get a Mac".  It really does seem to be a
quasi-religious thing with them.

I like my computer, my car, my wife and, of course, my Leicas, but I don't
worship them.

Come on fellas, it's only a tool...
