Hi Rick,
the classic place to eat F&C is when sheltering in a windy bus-shelter 
on a rainy night, anywhere in the industrial bits of the West Riding of 
Yorkshire :-)
Though I must admit, the idea of sparsely clad young ladies does give 
the whole thing a new aspect!
