Mark,

Was the terrible experience related to service, or to quality? 

I can count on one hand the number of times I've been to a Wal-Mart
before today.  It's the last place I ever thought I'd go to have film
processed. But I was impressed.

I had a terrible experience with Wal-Mart processing C41. And, as I am
now
boycotting Wal-Mart due to their union busting tactics, they won't be
getting another try.
