In general, the 50 produces an image as good as the 50 Summicron but with different spices. The 35 is better than the Gen IV 35 Summicron especially at closer distances. The 28 compares with the 28 Elmarit, and the 24 is probably just as good as the 24 ASPH especially down a stop. The 15 and 85 are too new but Roger Hicks has posted some images with the 15 and unless you "need" F2.8 the Heliar will do just fine. I haven't seen anything on the 21 but if it compares to the 21 in the G system then it should be quite good. If you are a member of LHSA Tom has a good review in the latest Viewfinder. The good Dr. Yao in Hong Kong can get you some at especially good prices. PhotoVillage also stocks them if you prefer buying in the U.S. Basically, if you shoot at middle apertures and want new then the Zeiss offerings are just the ticket. If you tend to shoot wide open then the latest Leica offerings would be a touch better and you can find some decent prices on used.
