A full moon gives off quite a lot of light, and  when you couple it to a 
Noctilux lens and 1600 ISO film, you get some  interesting shadows and  
light:

Same night, you  know this tree, as it has shaded me and plagued me for 
years, this time I snuck  up on it by the full  moon:
