That depends on where it was pressed, the quality of the pressing and  
the number produced. Way back when, I paid $60 for a Swedish pressing  
of "Jazz in the Pawnshop". European pressings of commonly available  
pop music was usually a 30 to 50 percent premium while Japanese  
pressings were even more. Note that I am not talking about the even  
more expensive "master pressings" that were also sometimes available.
