Yes if only everyone could still see what's going on down there. TV shows 
almost nothing. 6 months later.

We headed down to the 9th Ward and the sight is truly jaw dropping. The 
place looks the aftermath of the battle of Hue City. Mile after square mile 
of destruction. If you think things look bad in Jeffrey's pictures, think 
again. I was standing there saying to myself, 'how on earth am I going to 
capture this on film?' The task is made even more difficult by the lack of 
people, which would help in putting a human face on this tragedy. There is 
no way that anything can be salvaged; its going to have to be bulldozed and 
rebuilt from scratch.

I'm typing this on a PDA phone, so I will have to keep it short.
