I do admit that 1,500 clicks of a clone brush tool is pretty monotonous, but at least the finished result is "crisp". I believe converting the TIFF to a Jpeg gives it the appearance of less dust and scratches. The TIFF, even after an hour of cleanup is still quite dusty looking.
