Subject: [Leica] OT: Best Way to Remove Dust and ScratchesinPhotoshop?

I have found that using dust/scratch removal software gives the image a
"smeared" look. I do admit that 1,500 clicks of a clone brush tool is pretty
monotonous, but at least the finished result is "crisp".

I believe converting the TIFF to a Jpeg gives it the appearance of less dust
and scratches. The TIFF, even after an hour of cleanup is still quite dusty
looking.
