Thanks for the suggestions.  I wish I could blame it all on overexposure 
with the pinhole cam, but truthfully I had a hard time with the color on 
this one: I scanned without any adjustments applied in the scanning 
software b/c it's what seems to work best for me with my B&W negs.  But 
with this color neg, I wrestled to get something reasonable with the "full 
range" scan as a starting point.  I actually desaturated a fair bit in PS, 
so I'll just try dialing that back some, and play a little with the 
curves.  I really don't have a great sense of color adjustments in PS, 
unfortunately.  I never worked with color in the darkroom, and the 
adjustments available back when I worked in a one-hour lab were pretty 
limited, so I've got almost no background.  :(

I am impressed with your memory re: aggressive sheep...I didn't turn my 
back on these two untrustworthy creatures for a second, even though they 
were behind a fence.  I don't trust them a bit.  :)
