Years back, my wife and I lived in El Paso. One night we had just gone to bed and she complained something had fallen on her head. Naturally, I turned on the light, assured her all was fine and hit the switch . Minutes later she yelled something was on her foot. There I went again, on with the light, pull back the covers and this time there was a scorpion running around under the blanket.
