I was delighted to see that the paparazzi involved in the Princess
Diana case were found guilty of invasion of privacy AND THEN FINED ONE
EURO to be paid to multimillionaire El Fayad. So yes, we there are
privacy laws in France, but no they are not too worried about
enforcing them. The principle has been upheld but in a common sense
way.
