Hi Jim,

In my experience London is quit close set. Much closer then Paris.
I'm not sure what he high beam is for but it looks very familiar to same 
constructions in Amsterdam which are for towing in furniture. Might even 
be a (former) warehouse.
Processing is very easy. I do all the B&W work myself.
However I met Steve Barbour last week in Paris and he told me that film 
processing is getting more difficult in the USA nowadays. In Europe it 
still is very easy to get any processing done.
