I had set the image to that profile during various forms of soft-proof, and I mistakenly put that copy of the image online. Several people have given me the information that I need to solve the problem. In summary, the image was at the very edge of usability with respect to the color information in it, and Epson printers behaved differently at that edge than did other printers. I re-made the image from the camera master, taking great care to do it all in 16 bit, and the problem went away. > I just opened the image in cs2 and the first thing i noticed is that the > profile for the image is hfa2400photoragmk. I think you are double profiling. try converting the image > profile back to rgb or srgb and reprinting.
