You've inspired me to take the M3 only away for a trip to the beach here, next week. I was thinking of taking gasp! A Nikon SLR, just to see if the shutter still works. I realize that when I only take the M3 with the 50 I compose the pictures on a different manner than when I go with more equipment or with other M's, you are forced to be concentrated on only one way of visual effort.
