Subject: [Leica] Anyone out there load cassettes from bulk film?

Okay okay, I read that somewhere. The Americans call elevators elevators
(instead of "lifts" as I hear the Brits say). Lifts are things that short
people put in their shoes to make them seem taller. Do the English call
those things in the shoes elevators?
