I can tell the difference between an 11x14 from my D1h and an 11x14 from my
D1x, but yes it's very slight. Now if I just did not have to keep gluing
down that crap Nikon rubber! :)

If you want speed and heavy metal at low prices the D1h/D1x are a great
bargain for AI lenses. I saw on Ebay a Leica 16mm Fisheye with a Nikon mount
but passed since I was not sure of the fisheye quality.
