Tina,
This comes bundled with the Panasonic Lumix L 1 to process RAW from  
that camera and it is simple and intuitive to use and produces very  
smooth results especially in B&W. Don't know if it will come with the  
Digilux 3 - think Leica will supply Photoshop Elements #4.0 (Windows)  
#3.0 (MAC). You should try it - you'll like it I think.
