I don't think I'm a diehard or a jewelry wearer. I do think I'm a serious M photographer and I'm not jumping to any conclusions about the M8. I've been testing it for two weeks now and I'm still learning what it can and can't do. I'm carrying it everywhere and trying it out under every circumstance I can imagine. I'm also still trying out different software programs for developing the RAW files. It's amazing what a difference the software makes - kind of like using different film developers ;-) I did the same thing with both the Canon 5D and the 1DMII. I've learned how to use both of those for their strengths and how to avoid their weakness. I plan to do the same with the M8. If others agree with you, though, there should be some cheap M8's coming up for sale and I'll be able to buy another one. I need two to take to Honduras in June ;-) Tina Tina Manley, ASMP, NPPA http://www.tinamanley.com
