I like SilkyPix as a Raw convertor but they didn't support M8 
files.  I e-mailed to ask if they would consider adding support and 
they wrote right back that they would contact Leica and work on 
it.  Today they added support for the M8!  It's a phenomenal software 
and I'm not sure how it works but it gives great results very easily.
