OK. I'll do my part, too. :-)
But I really would appreciate some info about printing procedure  
etc.: images can look a whole lot different if not delivered in a  
format suited to the printing process.
Duotones f.i. are quite tricky.
It would be a pity if all these beautiful images that for sure will  
fill this book wouldn't turn out as wanted by their authors.
