Bernardo,

Number 307-1. :-) It's more story telling with the two boats behind and the 
main boat has lot's of room to sail .... left to right. Also the greater 
mass of sky gives a better feeling to the over all balance.

My preference of ships, boats on the ocean are toward horizontal rather than 
vertical, particularly where there are other elements that add to the 
picture.

In this case the following boats and the sky add to the photograph making it 
a stronger horizontal composition.

And beautiful straight horizon lines! ;-) Thank you!!! :-)
