The cost GBP 700. The first shock was that Rolex could not repair it as they said they did not have the parts - I tried in Chennai, Singapore, London & Geneva, and they all refused to touch it. I thought at this level of purchase at least they would repair any watch they ever made - remember Rolex has now a finite life in terms of parts. IMHO, Leica is much better....BTW, Patek Philippe did a CLA of my grandfather's watch (1946 vintage) without a murmur.
