I believe Voightlander makes all 3 as well as the older, more expensive Leica adapters. I have the Elmar 3.5/5cm lens and the 5cm Leica adapter. It works just fine for me. The focusing level doesn't touch the adapter. I also have a Voightlander 28/90 adapter and with the Elmar it also works fine. No touching. Of course it only brings up the 28/90 frameline. Could you have a different Elmar? My Elmar is the old style with f stop markings of 3.5, 4.5, 6.3, 9, 12.5, and 18.
