For you guys that have the 400 and 560 - I have both and, while the 
400 slides very smoothly and is easy to focus with the shoulder 
mount, the 560 slides very roughly and jerks and is almost impossible 
to focus.  Is there someway I can lubricate the 560 to make it slide 
smoother?  Do I need to send it somewhere or can I do it myself.  The 
lens itself is fine and clean.
