Subject: [Leica] M8 Question

I have what is no doubt a stupid question about the M8. As I
understand things the M8 doesn't have a full size 35mm sensor so that
the effective focal length of a lens is 30 per cent or so longer than
it would be on a film based M. I understand how this works on an SLR.
What you see through the view finder is what you get. But, how does
it work with a RF camera? If I put a 50mm lena on it what frame lines
does it bring up in the view finder? Call me dumb, but I an having
trouble getting my addled brain around this question.

Thanks,

Barney
