Hoppy,

The focusing mount for the 65 is the Universal Focusing Mount 16466.  
The head from the Tele-Elmar fits it as well. Still focuses from  
infinity to about .5M. Not as tight as the 65. Of course you don't  
need the bellows with it. KEH may have one as well. But I prefer the  
bellows. And you can pick them up pretty cheap.
