Cheers Hoppy -----Original Message----- FSubject: [Leica] IMG: Ira's PAW 41 I'm back after a 4-week absence - a 2 week vacation to Miami/New Jersey bookended by a couple of business trips. For most of that time, I had no access to a personal computer - in its own way a vacation of sorts. So, it's back to the PAWS. I'll start with a few pictures taken near my office just prior to leaving and catch up over the next week or so. PAW 41 was taken in the back storage yard - I liked the variation in tones. _http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+41.jpg.html_ (http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+41.jpg.html) (Rollei 35, 400TX) The alternate was taken in our shop, where we're manufacturing a discharge head (which can be seen in the center) for a 36" diameter, 100 foot long pump at a nuclear power plant. There are numerous welding, grinding, and inspection operations as part of the process. _http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+41A.jpg.html _ (http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+41A.jpg.html) (Canon 30D, 10-22 EF-S, ISO 400) As always, comments, critiques and suggestions are welcomed and appreciated.
