There are people who post too much. (Tina, you're not one of them). But 
there are a lot more people who post too little. Thank you for no longer 
being one of them.

When I see a burst of 12 messages in a row from the same person I usually 
just assume that all of them are one-line messages that probably should have 
been sent offlist but weren't, and I delete them all.

I try to comment and thank people offlist. I think that the more people who 
send thank-yous and "nice picture" messages offlist, the better. But it's 
easy to delete the on-list babble.
