One of the main facility in Canada is in a non-descript building on  
field outside of Toronto. Most of the facility is underground. A  
sizable portion of trans-US traffic also flows through the Canadian  
backbone (and this building) before being routed back into the US.

Non-descript is a good thing from a survivability perspective. :-)
