BD - As much as I like your presentation, you really shouldn't use
copyrighted material without permission. Commonly done doesn't make
it right. What if the music company appropriated your photographs to
use on their CD without permission or credit? You can find music in
the public domain but it does take some searching. I'd hate to see
you get sued and it does happen.
