I confess before all that I have: 1. Taken a ton of LF ultra wide-angle pinhole images 2. Taken a ton of Holga images, the ones converted to 6x6 cm so you get the huge vignette 3. Made inkjet prints to simulate my pt/pd prints (it doesn't work) 4. Put flowers and stuff on my flat-bed scanner plate 5. Bought a Lensbaby and a Rodenstock Imagon 6. Bought a program that makes fake borders, like platinum or Polaroid 7. Made a print that won a photo contest somewhere, that had zoomed PS clouds 8. Many others, (paper negatives, Kai's Power Tools etc) In all cases, while fun and all that, I always reverted to a straight image, or at least as straight an image as one can get in PS. Just my experience, certainly nowhere near your level, where IMHO your images need no further work.
