In those days, about the only way you could glimpse at lots of neat used equipment was to window shop along 32nd street. Bought some of my first 8mm movie equipment at Olden Camera--remember "Walk Up and Save"? They were on the "Diamond Street" right across the street from the Jewelry Exchange, between 5th and 6th avenues. I did business with them in the 1950's.
