Anyway, he told us how Stena Line, one of the passenger and cruise ferry companies, got in touch with him and wanted to order 350 chairs. He only did 4 a year and his brother did 4. They suggested that Stena Line get something mass-produced. The wood was purchased years in advance and allowed to season. Each chair was polished by hand a couple of dozen times. We have some pieces, but not a whole set. Daniel
