This is not a C-41 film. It uses the same bw developers like X-tol,  
D-76 and Microdol-X. It can also be developed along with the older  
Tmax 400 film. It uses the same technology as the current Tmax 100  
film. According to the Kodak site it should start becoming available  
now during normal stock replenishment.
