Maybe it's time for a little review of installing Leica straps -- I  
suspect installation error.

Speaking of straps, my M7's plastic lock sleeve seems to be breaking  
apart. Any suggestions on replacement straps? I have a Domke Gripper  
that I rather like, but am a bit afraid of it marring things when  
stuffed in the bag.
