I would expect the D300 to be just as good. They also have a menu item that allows you to input the Mf lens info for metering etc. Gene -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: Steve Barbour <kididdoc@cox.net> > > > On Jan 25, 2008, at 10:01 AM, Walt Johnson wrote: > > > Steve > > > > Just how many darn cameras do you own? > > > > inquiring minds want to know :-P > > > > Steve Barbour wrote: > >> Would someone using the Nikon D300 tell us please, about the > >> qualities of the viewfinder... > >> > >> > >> and, > >> > >> I assume that use of Leica R lenses on this camera, with an > >> adapter, is not possible... > > > but please tell us about manual focus of (old) Nikon lenses on the > body....Steve > > > > >> > >> > >> > >> thanks, Steve > >> > >> _______________________________________________ > >> Leica Users Group. > >> See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information > >> > > > > _______________________________________________ > > Leica Users Group. > > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information > > > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
