Hi Richard,

I have no idea what cameras you are talking about but, the simplest and
easiest answer to your quandary is.

You know you are going to be shooting long for sure so take the longest lens
you have or your pocket will bear in cost.

Take what you own and use what you need as the situation occurs. And for
sure have a couple of the same type of body just in case you have a crash
and burn!
