Twice I have abstained from any feedback for sellers that I was unhappy with, rather than risk some undeserved retaliatory negative fb. We shall have to see if this rumoured new rule comes to pass. Hardly sounds positive for us serial buyers with voluminous perfect feedback and documented reputations for very rapid payment and painless transactions. Perhaps there is some other mechanism planned to identify good buyers. It would be hard to understand the benefit of removing all feedback on buyers.
