Can you imagine.... if the complaint rate is .01% ( or 100 complaints in 1
million deals) there will be a MESS of complaints to unravel in a year......

If it is anything like the complaints about disreputable dealers, they won't
do squat.

Anyway, unreputable sellers or buyers only have to open another account with
a different name to be off and running again... so what can they do?  Ebay
pays the claims themselves?  Bet on that if you like long shots.

Sellers will be able to complain about buyers directly to ebay. How this
works and what it's worth - don't ask me.
