I held NORTEL stocks as they plummeted from $120 to $30. I hesitated a long time before buying an M8, due to fear of its unreliability and birthing pains. And this is LUG. Some comments sting, when they weren't supposed to. I made one myself a month ago. Personally, I'm really looking forward to my shiny new M8. I hope it shoots files better than my RD1. When it goes past its warranty, I will rip its covering off and replace it with real camera leather, and maybe I'll consider this upgrade thing. Maybe not if I loose the 1/8000 shutter speed. Maybe even disassemble it and repaint it black or olive drab. Maybe hack the firmware and create a menu to select lenses. Now that's a stretch. ....Vick Adam Bridge wrote: > This is one of the more mean-spirited remarks I've read here in some > time.
