My only disappointment is that no-one appears to be dressing up in the traditional monk attire. I never even knew that there were any Abbeys in Tennessee either! I read some charming references to rules of restraint for consumption by the Abbey residents. Evidently some were urged to consume no more than half a pint of wine per day, however the daily allowance of a gallon of beer was not affected! Bless their pious little beer soaked cassocks. Some of our brews use three grains and do the final fermentation in the bottles also...next time you are in Tennessee give me a shout and we'll knock a few bottles of our home brew. :) Here is a link to one of our recent brewing sessions: http://www.mcclary.net/cpg148/thumbnails.php?album=68 G Hopkinson wrote: > > http://www.bestbelgianspecialbeers.be/main_eng.html > -- Harrison McClary Harrison McClary Photography harrison@mcclary.net http://www.mcclary.net ImageStockSouth - Stock Photography http://www.imagestocksouth.com Tobacco Road: Personal Blog: http://www.mcclary.net/blog _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
