[Author Prev] [Author Next] [Thread Prev] [Thread Next] [Author Index] [Topic Index] [Home] [Search]Stan, ACM currently owns 96,5% of the Leica shares - 15 shareholders declined to accept the cash offer for their shares in the intended squeeze-out and took the matter to the courts in Frankfurt/Main (99.48% of shareholders agreed to accept). Since then , 2 have retracted their opposition and the remaining 13 cases have not yet been processed, but should begin in March of this year.
