My copy arrived yesterday.  Wasn't able to watch it 'til this morning.  Good
on you, Ted!  I can't think of a more humble yet more deserving photographer
than you to be featured.  It was fun seeing lots of familiar photographs,
and quite a few new ones to me, too.

My money was well spent.
