I never noticed any particular exposure problems when using Leica R lenses on my Canons (20D and more recently 1DII) or with the Olympus for that matter. I don't remember the 20D, but my 1DII accepts 4 GB cards, and since the 20D was introduced after the 1DII, I am pretty sure that it accepts cards of at least that size as well.
