With some lenses at some apertures you will encounter sub-optimal exposures. The trick is to turn on your histogram and check it frequently for the first few hundred exposures to get a feel for how the combination is working for you. For example, I use a 85mm Helios lens on Canon's and wide open it overexposes by about one stop, I don't have that issue with 50mm Nikkors or a 105 Nikkor. So, you probably will not have any problems but check to make sure: Murphy has a habit of intruding when you need a particular image to come out perfect. Enjoy your new toy!
